Shortcut:
Go near the mountain near San Fierro or something and go to Storm, go to the crater in the mountain and something awful awaits..

EDIT: Nvm i went to see it myself. Im scared to go in water now.

It's like one of those mindforget pictures with faces in the water... only about 7x scarier.
