That link seems relevant, but I don't know what to do with code and I don't think it's quite what we're talking about here.

The last post with code is the working one. Else, just browse RP Core->commands.cs->ServerCmdMessageSent and you'll find an another implementation there. Even if I know see that it looks like this one... O.o
