Chatting Distance/Radius

64 is a bit big, i was thinking of for TDMs, and you don't want to be overheard by the other team, and a 64 brick radius is a bit big for that...

There should be an "all" feature too, which should be like shout, but every one in the server can here.

32 radius? Also, there would be an item like a walkie talkie that if you have it and talk anyone with the walkie talkie could hear you from anywhere.
