It's possible because it existed, but I suppose it was failbinned because it broke something? I don't believe anyone ever gave a reason as to why it was failed (and if they did I can't find it)

It was failed due to the fact that it would often cause the server to crash because of console spam. yes, it's possible, but I can't make it
