BMI is inaccurate, seeing as it does not account for muscle mass. If Arnold Schwarzenegger were to calculate his BMI, it would be off the charts into the obese region. My BMI, last time it was calculated, was 30.4, yet I am very fit. This is why I dislike the BMI.
18.8 fatasses
Or they're stronger than you.As said before, just because somebody's Body Mass Index is high doesn't mean that they're fat.
mine is about 27.8 so i'm hoping thats muscle.
Do you work out? Do you exercise? Are you active? If none of these apply to you, then your BMI is fat, not muscle. Mine is 25% Muscle. The rest is fat.
im willing to say mine is at least ^o) 90% of me is muscle
Way to brag. I recently messed up my back (Rock band drum set too low and my back messed up). So I can only do some excersises. However, my back is very well, and I am planing on pushing myself hard so that when I go into Wrestling in the summer, I can actually lift the person I had to wrestle with before (BMI is probably 50. He weighs 290 and is like 5"6)
24.4But yet, Body mass index is terribly inaccurate and doesn't deserve to be used.
