I buy it for 20 dollars.
A month later, its free. I want my money back so I can get it back free, then spend my gotten back 20 bucks on something

I don't think you know what you're talking about. You don't simply go into debug mode and be able to script a new one in lua. Portal's gun required a lot of source engine changes to work.

Besides, there's already a working portal gun mod in Gmod anyway.
