There's only 2 in Escape.
So you're missing a few radios in some chambers, seeing as how in a few chambers there's 2.

I could've sworn I saw at least 3 in Escape.
Must've been because I've replayed it too much.

There's a 3rd out there in escape, but it's not a red-green light one.
