You go to buy something...
But wait, It could be the weekend sale!
so you wait untill the weekend sale, and it's not for sale.
So you buy it, but then on Wednesday it's on the midweek sale for $5 with free popcorn

That's not a problem for me, I only buy stuff on the sales lol.

But even then there can be a sale some days later when it's even cheaper.
