TF2: Jarate

All you TF2 PC players know about this jar full of *ahem* well... I think most of you can tell.

I was thinking it would be nice to be made, like in a TF2 Sniper's weapon pack.

Does... maybe 25 damage for the glass shattering, and it would color the person close to or hit by it yellow for a short amount of time. (5 seconds)
