Im friends with Russian and I very well do work with blender and can export.

All it takes is a good datablock scripter.

Or someone without a life to do a "trial and error" method.

Scipting is mostly find and replace.

Most scripters just take a script and edit it, more for a better product.

Nearly no scripters write it from scratch unless there is a total need like a new, un-made add-on.
