Exactly how many megabytes of fonts do you have? Only one way for you to find out!

   1. Start explorer
   2. go to C:\windows\fonts
   3. Select all (Ctrl+A)
   4. Right Click->Properties

After you find the answer, you might want to email SomeoneWhoCares@Microsoft.com

It's 238 MB.  They fixed that bug in Vista.

I'm running on XP and it didnt do anything but tell me that theres 40mbs of fonts.

But why the heck did you put this in   AoT General ?
