Steam support is freaken useless they wont even tell you whats wrong or why you where banned most of the time...



but uh... did you have any paid games on your steam account?

Yeah, but I have to select a branch (to send an email to:depending on what branch/ban reason it is): Reclaiming a Hijacked Steam Account, accounts may be temporarily disabled pending verification of purchase information or account ownership (I'm hoping it's this), Piracy or Hacking, Payment Fraud, Redeeming Fraudulent Gifts (hmmmmmm), Hijacking or Sharing Accounts (only with my bro, on different Pc's in the same house).
These are only some of the reasons, but it may just be checking if all my payments are not fraudulent. Is there any possible ways to check this, because I didn't get an e-mail sent to me saying it was disabled.

It was Steam support that got my account back. Lol.

So, what if I don't know what my account was disabled for? Wouldn't just be disabled so it can check my payments? Would I still have to send an email to get my account activated again? :/

No, VaLve can't help me right now, they didn't even send me an e-mail telling me why my account was disabled. So I doubt VaLve can help me when I don't know why my account was disabled, and I have to have a reason to send them an e-mail. I know my account being disabled is a reason, but there isn't a branch of steam support that accept an e-mail asking why someone's account was disabled.

So could I possibly try to send them an e-mail, worse thing that can happen is that if they don't respond.

Better idea, instead of asking a forum full of 5 year olds for help, you could e-mail Steam Support.
More like 8-16 year olds...
