--- Quote from: Moybus on May 26, 2010, 12:27:02 AM ---why is it people still buy cards and paper for stuff like this so long after the invention of the computer.

seriously, I'm sure there's a virtual online D&D out there, which I would probably even play if I knew about it.

I just can't take the hit to my dignity that is accepting I'm nerdy enough to play D&D with paper

Why do people think that just because D&D is so complicated it's so nerdy? It's just another board game.

And what's wrong with what is perceived as "Nerdy"? We don't give them a hard time about liking football (Which is completely pointless in my opinion...)

Hawkclaw:

Yay, a DnD thread! :D
I'm the DM for a few of my friends, but we switch out after each campaign. We're doing a campaign in which they are helping the baron of a city in the mountains defend his barony from orcs and such. That isn't the whole thing though, as two of them play Blockland, and I don't want to give away secret info.

onyx6:

im gonna play dnd with my buds over the summer, gonna be a dwarf cleric >:o

P.S. any little known tips on being a good healer?
