Like Rughugger beat me to, just leave that stuff for home. Then you'll have something to look forward to.
If you must do something about it, though, explain to your parents or an understanding teacher the situation in great detail. Now, you might not be able to do anything if you're school has a "No games/social networking" policy, but it might be worth a shot.
As for suspensions, I haven't done anything really to get me in much trouble.
The most I've gotten was a couple of detentions for random, odd things. In 7-8th grade, our school had "think sheets" that were given to you if you were a "classroom disturbance". I managed to get one because I was whispering to my friend about a project while the teacher was rambling on about some useless tangent of a topic. The rule is that if you get one, you have to get it signed and turned in by the next day or you would get a 2nd one. If you didn't get that one signed and in, you get a detention. Now, I have a bit of a problem with procrastination, so guess who got the detention?
As for doing something that is actually deserved of punishment, not one thing. I'm more of an instigator than anything.
