my plan is as follows:
1. join my neighbors and their stash of shotguns, get in truck
2. drive to the mall, conserving ammo
3. get to mall, raid place for temporary food and blunt weapons at weapon store
4. drive to 1st gun store, raid place for big guns and ammo (may need to steal another truck)
5. drive to last gun store by river, raid for ammo and guns
6. drive to grocery store, make sure it is still functioning, leave food that needs to be refrigerated, take dry food and some food preparation supplies
7. drive to an island in the river, ensure it is free of zombies and barricade ourselves in
8. start broadcasting distress on stolen police scanners/shortwave/HAM radios
