GSF San Andreas ( Possibly Night Version ) : Anyone Know Where 'Blue Hell' Is?

Realised my uber epic fail, does the pointy building look like a lighthouse and is next to the Blockywood sign?

Oh my bad i forgot to mention that San Fierro is the name of one of the cities in the San Andreas map. Look for the city with the large red bridge.
