Okay, all I know is as follows:

DOS Game
Top Down
Single Player
Red hovering Airwing like plane.

It's, from what I know, a shoot'em up (either space or plane sim)
There were different maps (duh).

One of the BGMs had a part that sounded like from an actual song.
