sonic and sega all stars racing cars and all star moves Request!

could someone make the cars that the racers use in sonic and Sega all stars racing like tails plane, eggmans egg monster, shadows bike and all the others and there power side's too, that will be cool because I'm planing to make a race track from that game but i need the cars!
i also want the racers all star moves but turned into tools and only 1 use like Billy hatches all star egg, B.D Joe's crazy dash, Banjo and kazooie's jiggy rain and the others and there themes too when you use them like beats main theme from jet set radio, this will be good for racing games all over blockland!
