I have the Ghastly Gibus, the halloween event hats, and the camera beard, but I don't count that as a hat. It's listed in "Misc"

I know that, but I still don't count it as a hat.
Because you can -inserthat- + Camera Beard.

I guess if you consider the Medic mask a hat, then I have that.
