You start at a screen, hover your mouse over to "Continue", and you see a floating island with two boxes on it. Move the level selector with the arrow keys and press X. Once you do so, you will come to a screen with a bunch of X'ed out spaces and several choices of characters.
The Archer
The Warrior
The Mage
The Bandit
The Necromancer
The Paladin
The Cleric
The Adventurer
The City Guard
The Royal Guard
The Holy Guard
The Buccaneer
The Wizard
The Druid
The Ranger
And The Barbarian
(And not to forget the female versions of all these characters)
Not enough selection? Play the game with one, if you kill an enemy you've never seen before nor killed before, you will get it in character selection, and their powers, good, right?
You use Z, X and C to use your attacks. Characters like the Holy knight and Cleric can have healing moves.
The arrow keys are your basic movements.
Once you begin, some of your attacks make a blue bar raise.
That's your MP. You cannot use another attack until the blue bar is back down
Oh yes and after playing through it for awhile, tell us what your favorite character is :cookie:

It's all 8x8 so there isn't much difference you can make. It could even be made by the same person or influenced by rotmg looking at some of the other stuff. Really, there isn't much room to move with 8x8
