"Horse's"

I know we have a "Horse." But I need one that has A face and eye's with a rope around it's head." I need This for My RPG. I think this is possible,Is it?

I can't imagine it being that hard... just a different texture on the horse vehicle...

Horse isn't set up to have a UV map.
