Sometimes, when I switch fullscreen>windowed mode, the keyboard refuses to work. I can move the mouse and click, but nothing else. Not even "esc"

I tend to find it that when you are shot or get out of a vehicle, and then place a block, the ghost wont show untill you Ctrl+k

You're missing a "C" there.
Also I have notice my ghost brick is disappearing as already stated. And I think I found a bug that crashes your game. I'll look into more before posting more on it.

^ I got that while playing before. Was in an Okay box and the game was basically frozen.
Edit: Hmm, you have that on Uncomfirmed... I don't know. You know I miss with deadly scripts. I just pressed the F9-F12 buttons when it happened. My bricks were removing and building quickly. I assume it's if people keep undoing and planting bricks fast.

For you lazy asses, if you 'remove' the ghost brick when it's invisible, it'll crash with:
fxDTSBrick::OnRemove - still in renderNode!
