I remember this, Twig had me test it. He uses the candle emitters and wedge bricks very creatively :3
If I were you, I'd download it. It's very nicely made and, despite it's small size, can be fun for TDMs or DMs (Perhaps King of the Hill).
Edit: Just now saw that you said it can't be DL'ed anymore. If you asked Twig to post it and he said yes, then why did he all of the sudden just change his mind?

Very good,  A Twig, you've gotten alot better, but I would say to use bricks more liberally.  (no, im not talking politics)

Otherwise It looks like it contradicts different styles.
