Just to be 100% sure, how do you even know that they're impersonating Titanium and don't just have a similar name? The chances aren't exactly that low, that two people on a 20k+ player game can have similar names yet never have met each other or chosen names based on one another.
Simply put, if he is impersonating, he didn't claim to be (by which I mean, act like the person). If he isn't impersonating (which is likely) then you're an idiot. A rash idiot.
