Captain Crazy:
Pretty much the Destructo wand, but without any destroying capabilities. It also casts a dim orange light. It deals 25 damage when hit and deals continuous fire damage that strengthens with each consecutive hit. Launches enemies like the D-wand, but not as strongly. Also comes with "Ontorchhit" event.

Maybe it should actually produce a light, which can be toggled on and off with RTB.
