Dead Rising Question-Is it possible to have 2 games available at once?

What the title means is, in Dead rising, can I have 2 game modes open at once? I have overtime mode unlocked but I need to level up more. I'm on the last fight and can't beat him and don't want to restart all over again. So, is it possible to have an overtime mode slot and a 72 hour mode slot opened at once?

Yes, I have googled it, couldn't get an answer
