How about there is disarm, where the weapon is dropped, and theft, where you get the weapon?

If they both attempt to disarm the same person in the same instant, they will either both get the same weapon, or neither of them get the weapon. If one person attempts right before the other person attempts, then the first person to attempt disarming gets the weapon.

I don't see the word "disarm" in there.
