Actually it IS a plane, well a aircraft,
Aircraft-Any none-living object that can fly within the air and/or out of the atmoshere
That thing, can FLY which makes it a aircraft and for simple language, its a plane

Yes. A UAV is like a normal but deadly remote control plane like you would usually have. BUT, this one has LONG LONG range of connection

and its a richard to shoot down if theres a harrier in the way if you play MW2
