for example, i made a topic earlier this year about a very important musician who died.
it wasn't "HEY NUJABES IS DEAD LOOK AT ME", it was "nujabes is dead". the topic wasn't about me, i wasn't trying to bring any attention to myself.
my comment was in response to this:

it's not subjective, nujabes was extremely important in developing the japanese hip-hop scene.

my point is though, there's difference between a topic completely about you and a topic about a subject. if someone makes a topic all about how some guy on Blockland was mean to them, that topic is explicitly about them. if someone makes a topic about guitars, for people to talk about guitars in, that topic is about a subject. it's not about any one person.
