I had my iBook for like 4 years, and it suffered no breakdown. My parents got a dell laptop and it started devouring cracks around the hinges about 2 years after we got it, and it mostly stayed around our house.

I had an iBook, brand new too, and it couldn't even run flash without lagging. It was V1 though. I also broke the charger on it and Apple refused to fix it, claiming it "vintage" nice customer support you got there.

Apple makes too much overpriced stuff we don't need. You can live perfectly fine by getting a normal cellphone/computer instead of one those loving gay iPhones, an iPad, or even the bullstuff accessories for the Mac.
Alienware sucks in general. Who the forget sells a tower for $4000? Jesus Christ.

Apple's customer support is complete stuff.
My dad had a damn iPhone. Apple refused to fix the broken charger it had within like a week of him having it.

Customer Support != replacement plan (ok, Apple's I must admit apple's warranties aren't the best)
