Saving the .DTS exporter for blender

How do I do this?

Here is the question:
What do I do to the blender exporter download?
Save it where?
Extract the files where?

Bob:

Extract all the files to:
C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\.blender\scripts

Now open Blender and it should show up in the File>Export menu.

Hes right. If you did that and it still isnt working, you need to re-install Python as an Administrator.
