The Warthog is actually exactly what your looking for I believe. Its not exactly country style, but it works.

Hit Man, what the hell? I clearly stated that I knew that it wasn't exactly country style, but it worked. And at least it isn't half assed and it WORKS.

Plus, we already have some similar vehicles, so I don't really think that we truly need this vehicle.
