The Floating and all those Signals are in the Top Right corner, How do I change it back to normal?

or just uncheck it in options? small plant errors is the name, as nekram said (should be on the first page, with all the settings for graphics)

Wait, does small plant errors make the symbols in the upper left hand corner? I thought it made errors in the grass so they didn't all look the same.
