Gravity Cat, he has released several add on packs and were as far as I could see, the most popular before Tier+Tactical arrived, however they were repeatedly put down by users because of the bullets short distance before dropping.
He was also the user to make the first Humvee. Not sure if he started before Heedicalking but he was the first to release.
