Well you're not useless, and I don't even have enough TP to be that much of a spell person, though I should get Resta Lv3 so Tails doesn't have to be a dedi healer :v

HUmar is pretty mediocre at higher levels. Android characters are harder to start on but their specialized stats become more useful as you progress.

RAcast has the highest HP in the game which unintentionally makes him difficult to beat the Episode 4 boss with after around level 160. At that point the boss's one attacks no longer knocks you down so you get hit by every attack instead of only the first.

The best place for info on PSO/U/0/P/P2 (damn that's a lot) is http://www.pso-world.com/ . The community is awful and I advise you to never post on the forums, but their database is the most thorough of any and they have tons of guides.
