Not necessarily. If he quits he most likely won't. Or if he is lying. :o
Sadly, people get away with doing illegal drugs everyday. And while, as people, we should look out for our fellow brothers and sisters, one cannot make another do something against their will. It's just not right. And while we can't be there every minute, and stop them from falling at every stumble they make, we should at least try to be there to help them back up. However, once again, it is their will whether or not to get up, not ours. One can only be influenced, not forced.
Though often, the influence of Love is the strongest. c:
