Baddy should incorporate a voting thing for Add-Ons. Each IP gets one vote. And if there are enough negative votes then the Add-On gets Fail-Binned.
EDIT: Forgot to ad: Read the first page or two, if the majority of the comments are bad. Then don't get the Add-On.
