I have two hats (Scout's Troublemaker's Tossle Cap and Engineer's Texas Ten Gallon (which I crafted)), one of which I don't really want (The Ten Gallon) and I got them after about 270 hours. Count yourself lucky.

Really funny that people think that if they play so and so hours, they'll get a hat.
it's RANDOM! people will get a hat in there first few minute of playing the game, and some will spend days trying to get one
