well It's ok if the outside dosent look right, but I'm amped up with the inside.

yes. the turret spins around < witch you control with the arrow keys> and you cantrol the tank itself with the wasd keys.

It would work best in Blockland if the mouse controlled the turret, and wasd keys would (of course) move the tank.
I'm 70% sure this is possible.
