1. Yes, he did. "A vehiweapon request" is not specfic. "WW2 Rocket" is.
2. It's not a rule, but generally emotes are not used by the more mature members of the forums. It was just a tip.
3. No, he doesn't have to answer. But if he doesn't it will never get made. Why would someone devote hours of time and effort to make a vehi-weapon for a random stranger for no apparent reason?
4. I meant what role does it play? It seems like a kamikaze vehicle or something...
