And also, the story seems really to be metaphoric, in a way. While some people may hold faith in it, it can be interpreted in other ways as well. How I see it, it's metaphoric of keeping your dreams and desires close to you; close to your heart. Holding them dearly and viewing them as a memory, a goal, and a Loving thought. The legend isn't talking about materialistic gains or ridiculous fantasies in my eyes, but rather speaking much more deeply. The dreams of gaining hope; Love; peace; the silent prayers we all whisper in the dark of night beneath the shadows, in times of both joy and sadness.
