The Stimulus Pack and The Passing came out around the same time, right? Let's compare them.
Stimulus Pack: $15, 5 maps with two of them from the first game, so you're only getting 3 new maps.
The Passing: Free on PC, 3 new maps and 2 new weapons.
Yep, the Stimulus Pack was so loving worth it.

The Wii is an experience I can't replicate on my computer.
X-Box and PS3 are not.
