It is all the forget about skill when it comes to it. People with C&Ds tend to not like the restriction of being forced to uncloak. But I tend to find ways around that, and I find the invisibility watch better.

I uncloak in crowded areas because walking around a corner into the face of a soldier, who makes you become visible, it doesn't usually end well
