What's this Game? Console unknown, details inside

Yah i remember about this 1 game. You would start out in this village and you we're a male character blue hair the rest i cant remember. The graphics we're bad and later in the game you would meet this girl with pink hair and fight this giant Triceratops.
Anyone know what game that is. Pretty sure it was a playstation game.
As for oromis idk what game that is.

My friend has something like that but it's a newer one for Wii. I'm thinking...
Was there weapons you could use like longswords and axes and was it anime-ish?
