I need a free MMORPG that doesn't need a super computer

I'm moving to Israel in a month, and last time I went there, it had really slow download speeds and lagged everything. I was thinking that I could download an mmorpg here that wouldn't get boring and play it over there. Any suggestions?

Free,good, sandboxish, kindaMMORPG. Just don't steal from Russians or they will kill you, or walk by their land, or be on the same screen as them for that matter. Only like 1/100th of Russians are friendly.
