It's a client-side mod in RTB.
Anyway, back on the fail, what must have been a BIG fail is that either the server name would appear as "cobra256's badspot's block party" or the name in the "host" column would be blank.

It's actually server and clientside. RTB gets the server host and IP for association, then players who load the server list get the host's name with the server.
