I have my ports bound to 28000 - 28032, but it's using 28100 instead. No one can get to my server except people on the same router as me.
UPnP is disabled, and it's doing the same thing with it enabled.
Help please.

Here's a conosle log if anyone needs it. [I exited a few seconds after starting a game, which is why it suddenly ends.]

I ported all the way up to 28101, but it still doesn't work.

Go to Start Game, Click Advanced Config and change the Port to 28000.
