This is just like GTA.
With some different things but same thing will happen.
Man shoots everyone and gets stufflaod of stars.
Man runs around then uses cheats escape route
Man has escaped!
Cops fail to capture man
Cops are only suck-ups for promotion
Citizens do nothing but panic.

Agreed. Still sounds good though.
