no, most have content that's only availible for PS3, but the actualy games will be on other systems, except that one or two.

Killzone and Infamous are the only ones there that won't be on 360.

Better graphics? The PC has far more graphical capability than consoles.
Bugs and viruses aren't even related to games, unless you're a stupid forget who tried to download some kind of MMO client and got a virus.
