Can someone redo City RP?

We all know whats wrong with it. (Police System, Noobs, etc.)
If someone could fix it the mod would be pretty cool.
Yuki's does accomplish not loving up city rp, but he never hosts D:

What CityRPs need is something where you can't just sit around and get paid. You should have to actually do something, and get a paycheck that varies on how much you did your job that tick.

Yes. Entirely. If no one does this, this will probably be my motivation to learn to script, then make a crappy version of City RP which loosely fulfills what I want to have done.

It's hard to actual make the worker work for the money. Either we lock them in in a house, and if they leave, they wont get any money, or we do as Iban did: He had a worker switch were workers clicked each 4th second and then they get money.

Reading from CityRP to learn script, is a bad way to learn script. That was in fact my first script I actually read, but I already had some experience behind me so I knew what was bad code and good code. I would suggest you to read RP Content, TDM or ZAPT instead. All three involves more complex codes, but you'll see how a real GameMode should be built.
